Small but useful tool for making any changes on files and folders in Windows.

Once installed, Attribute Changer works as a extention of system shell adding new functionalities to it. Then we can easily change e.x. date and time of file creation or last modification date. Additionally this little baby can monitor any changes that are made on files.
