Not only it will work with Dial-Up connections but also with Cable and DSL. Unfortunately it will make some modifications in registry so if you don’t like this kind of functionality, you should try some other soft. Of course all of Throttle settings can be easily reversed so there’s no worry that we broke something important in our system.
